Does my head in this, often the same type of people doing it, late teens/early 20,s entitled types who don’t give a fuck about anyone else, always looked pissed off and stroppy if you tell them to turn it down which I do if its right next to me or im the closest to it, if someone else I think its up to them to tell stroppy cunt to turn it down but most don’t, just look sheepish or pretend its not bothering them.
Worse than it used to be, few years ago it was the thud from headphones on the cunts which although annoying, at least they took some measure to not share their shit music but the current crop of youngsters don’t even feel the need to wear them!

For me the same applies to these cunts with the loud exhaust pipes on their car or bike.

What is the point in making your car/bike sound like a racing car/bike when it clearly isn’t, it’s the equivalent of playing air guitar.
I also thought there was a law against having loud engines' and exhaust.

Because as irritating as it is, they aren't actually doing anything wrong.
The only one on the bus with any kind of authority was the driver, and I wouldn't bank on that if the yoots had kicked up a fuss.
The times of other people being aware and considerate of others are long gone. As are the days of normal bods doing a Charles Bronson.....

I fucking hate it, especially in what would otherwise be quiet pubs. People forgo all kinds of other things in pubs, because it’s deemed antisocial or bad for others health, yet it’s deemed perfectly ‘acceptable’ and normal to blare out some inane shit from YouTube for 2 hours, invading everyone else’s conversations, peace and quiet etc etc.

We were right at the front of the bus and there were about 20 people between us and them and every cunt just stared at their shoes.

It's times like these that I wish I had the use of one of the signal disruptors I had under test in one (or more) of my contracts abroad.
They block mobile phone connections dead. Trouble is that they were not selective enough and fucked every connection in a 50 metre radius.

It is an incredibly anti social practise. It seems to be a real issue on buses in urban areas. And it is almost rap/garage/urban which I can't understand how anyone over about 10 could get pleasure from.
It is often obviously done for the intention of deliberately creating an intimidating atmosphere for other passengers.

Any noise on the tube is fucking annoying. Especially long phone conversations, which I love coming to an abrupt end when the train goes under the tunnel once it goes past Leyton.

One of my big bugbears is low level tinny music in pubs and restaurants. The best way to make music less intrusive is to make it low level and bassy. Less precise. So, I agree that any sound coming from a phone is FUCKING SHIT for this very reason. Put headphones on you cunts.

A few years ago when on my way into the town centre to meet friends for a few beers, some teenagers were playing music on their phones. I wouldn't have been that bothered if it was anything decent but it was utter shit.
The driver did ask them to stop a few times but they of course didn't. After the final time of asking politely, he pulled in at the next stop as usual, stopped the bus, turned the engine off and basically told them if they wanted to stay on the bus turn it off as no one wants to hear it. They reluctantly turned it off and the rest of the bus applauded. These kids just stood there in silence the rest of their journey.
On leaving the bus, every single person, apart from the people in question made a point of thanking the driver for doing it as they left the bus.

I always think that I should say 'do you want a fiver for some fucking headphones as you are ruining my day' but I never do.

Closest I have ever come to it was enduring five minutes of Bangla on a train going to West Ham when I put on the Ramones at full volume. I didn't like doing it but the cunt needed a lesson. Not that he learnt it.

Sounds like a solution to Lenny's problem, ak. When someone's playing youtube loud, take your phone out, put on a gay porn video and drown them out. They should get the message.
